In this role, you’ll seal the trust with clients and their families by helping them secure the right life and health coverage. Your expertise will help you build your portfolio of satisfied customers while driving your income growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs analyses for clients to target the best insurance options.
  • Clearly break down policy features, benefits, and exclusions so clients can buy in with confidence.
  • Support customers through claims and policy changes, ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that close the gap between need and solution.
  • Stay in the loop on industry trends and new products to keep your sales pitch sharp.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations — no loopholes here!
Qualifications:

  • Preference for state life and health insurance licenses to unlock this opportunity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
  • Ability to navigate and explain complex insurance products clearly.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within insurance — someone who knows how to close the deal.
  • Detail-oriented with organized follow-through.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing customer relationships that keep clients coming back.
  • Comfortable using insurance agency software to streamline your workflow.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
